Victra in Grand Blanc, MI seeks a full-time Retail Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to the right technology. You will be the face of Victra, driving sales and creating memorable in-store experiences.

You will meet monthly targets, collaborate with store leaders, present product benefits, and foster personal connections with guests while supporting merchandising and operations. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods (Nov–Dec).
• Legally allowed to work in the United States.
• NHU training to be completed within 30 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
