Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, is seeking a full-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests with what matters most. You will be the face of Victra, guiding customers through product benefits and solutions in a fast-paced store environment.

You will work to achieve and exceed monthly sales goals, collaborate with peers and store leaders, provide exceptional customer service, and help with merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of customer service, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and peak vacation periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
