Job summary

Victra is seeking a part-time Sales Consultant to join our retail team in Mission Viejo, CA. You will deliver world-class service, connect guests to technology, and help create the ultimate in-store experience. Expect hands-on training, a ramp-up period, and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced environment.

You will work evenings, weekends, and peak holiday periods while building relationships with customers and peers. Competitive pay includes base rate plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in retail or sales.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasons.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with customers to find solutions.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service to deliver what our customers need.
