Job summary

ActionLink is seeking a Meta Merchandising Representative to drive in‑store activation for Meta technologies across assigned retail locations in Middletown, OH. You will ensure proper POP placement, product availability, device positioning, and fully functional displays for Meta Quest, Ray‑Ban Meta glasses, and accessories.

As the in‑store ambassador, you will maintain presentation standards, report to ActionLink leadership, and participate in client meetings when requested by the National

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of retail merchandising experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot simple and complex consumer electronics displays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.
• Ability to travel extensively when required.
• Flexible schedule; night and weekend hours may be required.
• Video editing skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent Meta with retail professionalism and educate store associates on Meta products and experiences.
• Execute high‑quality merchandising across locations, including display setup, planogram compliance, POP installation, pricing, and functional product displays.
• Install, troubleshoot, assemble, and maintain Meta consumer electronics and display systems; perform merchandising audits.
• Validate inventory levels and product placement; conduct store visits within territory; coordinate with Meta stakeholders.
