Job summary

Micro Center is seeking a self-motivated Retail Inventory Specialist to support our busy technology superstore with accurate stocking, shipping, and customer service. You will help maintain clean displays, process shipments, and assist customers throughout shifts that may include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and are comfortable with Microsoft Office. Prior retail or warehouse experience is preferred; physical demands include lifting up to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Interest in helping customers and delivering world-class service.
• Ability to communicate professionally and handle multiple customers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Shifts before/after store hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Retail customer service or warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the 18-minute Web Pick-Up process and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments (pick-packs, backhauls, returns).
• Maintain department and store with clean areas, cycle counts, stocking and merchandising.
• Support store operations with loss prevention awareness and assist with physical inventory.
• Assemble floor displays and re-sets.
• Assist customers and perform carry-in/out.
• Participate in open and close procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
