Channel Partners Solutions, LLC. is hiring a Retail Merchandising Specialist to visit assigned retail locations, install and maintain electronics displays, and support in-store teams. The role emphasizes independence, flexible part-time hours, and training opportunities.

Expect 20 hours per week minimum, with weekdays and occasional weekend shifts. The position offers weekly pay, training, travel pay, and a path to longer-term opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous merchandising, customer service, and/or retail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate and interact with Channel Partners and in-store personnel.
• Proficiency with a personal Android or Apple device (GPS) to upload photos and report data.
• Able to complete paid online training courses in the required timeline before working in-store.
• Must be 18+ and legally allowed to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned retail stores to conduct visits within your assigned territory.
• Audit, maintain, and install consumer electronics displays and products (TVs, tablets, headphones, speakers, printers, phones).
• Occasionally partner with team members to complete 2-3 person projects (appliance/TV installs).
• Build and maintain positive in-store relationships.
• Complete reporting on time from your mobile device.
• Schedule and complete work per CP Standards and onboarding guidance.
• Receive materials and transport them to stores as requested.
• Other tasks as requested by management.
