2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a reliable Field Service Representative to install and update sales floor fixtures and endcaps across assigned stores within a 90‑mile radius. You will perform buildouts, resets, and repairs while following planograms and client directives.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and reliable transportation with a valid license; weekends may be required based on client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail merchandising and display installation considered a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to field services communications within 24 hours.
• Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
• Perform break-fix repairs to ensure displays function properly.
• Capture images, forms, and surveys for each job before leaving site.
• Travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment; manage time and scheduling.
