Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a reliable Field Service Representative to install and maintain in-store displays, endcaps, and fixtures for top brands. You will travel up to 90 miles from home, work Monday–Friday with weekends not required, and handle buildouts, repairs, and planogram compliance.

Strong communication and organization are essential as you manage relationships with retailers and teams, using mobile apps to complete tasks and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent typically required.
• Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficiency with hand and power tool usage.
• Ability to follow planograms (POG) directives and client directives.
• Must own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos/data.

Responsibilities

• Install and update in-store fixtures and endcaps.
• Perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs.
• Follow planograms and client directives.
• Maintain and update displays per client requests.
• Communicate effectively with field services management within 24 hours.
