Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer in Ohio is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Consultant who delivers world-class service to Every Guest. You will connect guests with technology and create the ultimate in-store experience using your product knowledge and sales skills.

You will meet monthly sales goals, work with store colleagues, provide solutions, and build personal connections with customers while enjoying paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and providing resolutions to issues.
• Be passionate guest advocate with the desire to be yourself when connecting and having fun doing it!
