Job summary

Victra, Verizon's largest premium retailer in the United States, seeks a full-time Sales Consultant to deliver world-class service and connect guests to technology with care and integrity. You will exceed monthly sales goals, team with store leaders, provide product benefits, create personal connections, and help merchandise and run store operations.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, willingness to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and authorization to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age
• Demonstrated experience communicating with customers to find solutions.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
