Working in the Raj Lab at Penn Engineering, the primary roles for the Research Lab Tech are to assist in collaborative efforts between labs and to perform routine lab tasks in support of various projects within the lab. Collaboration between labs includes coordinating and getting others set up with our techniques and sometimes performing experiments in conjunction with other labs. In the lab, the role includes performing routine lab tasks, including molecular biology and chemistry techniques to support other lab projects. Inventory management is also part of the job. Position is contingent on continued funding.
