Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of experience in tech-based investigations or litigation, with familiarity of US frameworks (FTC enforcement, Section 230) and global regimes such as EU Digital Services Act and UK Online Safety Act.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience focusing on tech-based investigations or litigation.
• Familiarity with US enforcement frameworks (FTC, Section 230) and emerging online safety/AI regs.
• Ability to engage directly with clients and lead significant projects; strong writing and analytical skills.
