The Tech - Radiology/Imaging operates ionizing radiation equipment under Texas Medical Board licensure. Responsibilities include ensuring proper image processing, preparing exam rooms, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety for patients and staff. The technologist maintains a clean environment, assists radiologists and providers, and works across all age groups, including pediatric, geriatric, trauma, and surgical patients, applying principles of continuous quality improvement.
