This role requires strong negotiation skills and an understanding of procurement processes. Ideal candidates will have experience supporting sales activities, creating product SKUs, and working with contracts. Qualifications

• Understanding of the lifecycle of a purchase order.
• Experience in working with Government and Educational contracts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes best practices when purchasing goods and services.
• Creates SKUs for sales order processing.
• Prepares purchase orders in compliance with company policy.
• Manages daily backorder and backlog inventory.
• Effectively communicates with all departments to resolve problems.

Skills

Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Excellent negotiation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

Excellent organizational skills

Ability to work well with Sales and Marketing teams

Education

Working knowledge of purchasing and supply chain management

Basic knowledge of international logistics
