Job summary

Koniag IT Systems, LLC is seeking a Technology Protection Service SME with a TS/SCI clearance to support government programs in Falls Church, VA. The role focuses on protecting critical information and technology across DoD and IC domains, coordinating with agencies and program offices.

The candidate will lead assessments, develop protection plans, and guide decision-makers on protective measures for sensitive programs while engaging with DoD and IC stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Sensitive Decision Support (SDS) to DoW executives.
• Extensive knowledge of quantitative and qualitative techniques for analyzing SDS planning and execution.
• Ability to adapt techniques to measure and improve effectiveness of SDS-related operations and investments.
• Proficiency in threat analysis and risk management using IT automation tools in DoW/IC and federal agencies.
• Experience within Military Department HQ or Combatant Command J3 supporting SDS activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support Program Managers with protective measures.
• Utilize threat mitigation risk assessments to inform program decisions.
• Develop initial information security, vulnerability and risk assessments.
• Prioritize product development for a team of analysts.
• Develop S&T or Program Protection Plans and Critical Information lists.
