Job summary

Susquehanna International Group, LLP is seeking a data/BA/PM professional to support high-speed data processing initiatives across .NET, Python, and C++ ecosystems. You will collaborate with trading, business, and engineering teams and interfaces with exchanges to analyze data flows that impact infrastructure.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in application/systems implementation or technical business analysis, with autonomy and a strong understanding of technical workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS/CS/Software Engineering or related STEM field.
• 1–3 years of experience in application/systems implementation or technical business analysis / project management.
• Ability to understand system architecture, trace data flows, and assess impacts across systems.
• Eagerness to learn and work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Support projects enabling high-speed processing of large data volumes using .NET, Python, C++ and related infrastructure.
• Interface with trading, business, and engineering teams and exchanges to analyze data changes affecting infrastructure.
• Apply agile methodologies suitable to the project to deliver software and enhancements.
• Manage exchange-driven changes ensuring timely system updates.
• Maintain project tracking and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
• Write and maintain tools/scripts used by the project management team to streamline processes.
