Job summary

Carrier Access IT, LC in the United States is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the delivery of technology and business initiatives from initiation through closeout. This early-career role offers a structured PMO environment and hands-on IT project experience.

You will coordinate plans, schedules, meetings, and status reports, proactively communicating risks and dependencies to stakeholders to keep projects on time and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field preferred but not required.
• Experience managing IT projects, system and network implementations, or technology-driven initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with project management concepts or methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, document notes, and track action items.
• Assist with resource coordination and task tracking across project teams.
• Monitor project progress and elevate risks, issues, or delays as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Support scope, schedule, and budget tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
