The PM will coordinate project plans, schedules, meetings, and status reporting; track action items and deliverables; and proactively communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field preferred.
• Experience managing IT projects or technology-driven initiatives preferred.
• Familiarity with PMO concepts or methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, document notes, and track action items.
• Assist with resource coordination and task tracking across project teams.
• Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or delays as needed.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and updates for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Support scope, schedule, and budget tracking.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes and tools.
• Perform additional tasks as needed.
