Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information sciences/technology or information management, or HS diploma with 7+ years of experience.
• 5 years Progressive experience in information technology, healthcare or business project management.
• Attention to detail and ability to analyze and solve problems and interpret data.
• Ability to work well under pressure, in a team environment and to be self-motivated and self disciplined.
• Knowledge of PM processes, applications and technologies.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Identify complex business problems and align with organizational strategies.
• Establish project goals and develop plans to meet those goals.
• Maintain project timeframes and budgeting estimates and status reports.
• Manage specifications, designs, constructions and updates of workplans for small to medium projects.
• Use project management methodologies to track performance, schedules and risks.
• Coordinate project team members and assign responsibilities and schedules.
• Implement strategies to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Organize meetings to discuss goals and daily tasks for technology teams.
• Monitor development and testing of disaster recovery procedures.
• Coordinate go-live logistics.
