Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 3 in the Raleigh area to drive value through engineering and data-first practices. You will craft requirements, designs, and testing strategies while guiding infrastructure implementation and system rollouts.

Collaboration with clients and teams will be key to delivering high-quality software on schedule. Required hands-on Java and AngularJS experience, solid AWS knowledge, and system design capabilities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with core Java and AngularJS.
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, RDS/Postgres, Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, EventBridge, CloudWatch, IAM.
• System design: understand how inputs, APIs, modules, databases, validations, monitoring, retries, logs fit together.

Responsibilities

• Create business requirement documents covering functional and non-functional requirements, based on workshops and interviews.
• Craft high- and low-level software designs, validate through prototypes, and incorporate feedback to optimize functionality.
• Develop critical and complex software applications and establish coding standards and methodologies.
• Create and guide the execution of comprehensive testing strategies in line with requirements.
• Guide the technical implementation of system infrastructure and new software applications to meet project schedules.
• Ensure consistent system rollouts by orchestrating transitions and minimizing disruptions.
• Analyze incident trends to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions.
• Provide insights and collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Establish knowledge bases to ensure vital information is recorded and accessible.
• Contribute to the selection of tools and development roadmaps based on client needs.
