Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Technology Consultant 1 to join the Financial Services unit in Raleigh, NC. You will help automate software, build test frameworks, and participate in SDLC activities from design to deployment.

You will collaborate on distributed systems and cloud-native apps, using Java, Selenium, Playwright, and modern DevOps practices. This role emphasizes rapid learning, proactive issue resolution, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in automation framework development using Java.
• Experience in test automation using Selenium with framework development and execution.
• Experience in API automation and Web Services testing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in capturing user needs through interviews and workshops.
• Participate in design discussions and document software specs.
• Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications.
• Execute test plans, analyze results, and report defects.
• Support integration of new software features and transitions.
• Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, document maintenance tasks.
• Document coding practices and testing methodologies for knowledge sharing
