Job summary

Infosys invites applications for a Technology Consultant 2 in Richardson, TX to contribute across the SDLC from requirements to deployment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, test, and integrate software solutions that drive value and reliability.

You will participate in code reviews, implement test strategies, and help translate complex requirements into actionable tasks while supporting production issue resolution and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; three years of progressive experience can substitute.
• Relocation/travel may be required.
• U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to requirements elicitation by documenting assigned parts of business requirements.
• Facilitate software design discussions and document design decisions.
• Participate in coding and integrate new features with focus on stability.
• Conduct code reviews and maintain code repositories.
• Implement test strategies, analyze results, coordinate bug fixes.
• Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
• Resolve production issues and propose preventive strategies to improve reliability.
• Maintain detailed records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
