The Project Manager is responsible for the management of multiple concurrent projects and for enforcing governance processes to ensure compliance throughout scoping, analysis/design, implementation, and closing. Projects vary in size and scope, requiring flexibility in project management processes and solutions. This role includes management of the entire project life cycle, balancing scope, timelines, quality and budget, managing risks, completing status reports, approving deliverables and post‑deliverable assessment. Day‑to‑day management of project resources requires significant communication with project stakeholders to ensure successful execution. Direct interaction with all levels of individuals throughout the organization as well as third‑party vendors and consultants is also required.
Significant interaction with SCA leaders will be a requirement of this position, and the individual must be comfortable working with senior management. The role requires proactiveness, a willingness to learn from various business areas, and the ability to make recommendations on how best to improve processes or use technology to solve business problems.
Salary: USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 per year.
