Job summary

Infosys in Richardson, TX seeks a Technology Project Lead 1 to drive delivery governance for telecom/media/tech clients. You will coordinate teams, manage SDLC alignment, and ensure quality across all project phases while balancing budgets and client expectations.

Ideal candidates have extensive experience in project leadership, test automation with Selenium Java, API testing, and strong communication with stakeholders. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• This role requires strong project management and delivery governance.
• Experience in test automation with Selenium Java and API testing.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies and stakeholder management.
• Experience in QA practices and test strategy development.
• Experience in estimate, planning, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines and proactively address resource discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, coordinating regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support the SDLC processes and ensure deliverables meet client requirements and specs.
• Monitor deliverables across all phases to meet quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Contribute to project budgets aligned with scope and strategy and obtain client sign-offs.
• Identify scope changes and new requests, assist in effort estimation and approvals.
