Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 8+ years progressive experience, including 6+ years in software development.
• 6+ years of experience managing complex technology programs.
• Experience leading large, customer-facing, cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to develop and drive technical roadmaps with a focus on execution and results.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution, aligning to business and engineering objectives.
• Partner with business, engineering, and architecture teams to shape, launch, and improve high-impact capabilities.
• Coordinate launch planning across multiple teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track.
• Develop and maintain mechanisms, metrics, and KPIs for large-scale programs.
• Influence technical and product strategy using data-driven insights and risk management.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, surface risks early, and drive issue resolution with Product Management.
• Manage and triage the program intake queue to prioritize requests.
• Build strong collaboration across teams and foster accountability, speed, and improvement.
