• Strong experience working directly with customers to gather requirements and define products.
• Proven ability to translate technical and business requirements into engineering deliverables.
• Experience engaging with engineering teams and executive-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple locations and time zones.
• Strong customer-facing mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25% or more as required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and translate customer needs into product requirements and engineering specifications

We are seeking a highly technical and customer-focused Technical Product Manager to drive product strategy, product definition, and customer engagement for innovative semiconductor and technology solutions.

This role serves as the bridge between customers, engineering teams, sales, and marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with experience translating customer requirements into successful product solutions.

The Technical Product Manager will work closely with customers throughout the product lifecycle while collaborating with cross-functional teams, including hardware, firmware, software, AI, marketing, and executive leadership. This position also partners extensively with engineering teams based in Taiwan to define product requirements, system architecture, and product roadmaps.

• Experience in both engineering and customer-facing commercial roles (Product Management, Technical Marketing, Sales Engineering, or Business Development)
• Experience working with global engineering teams
• Knowledge of project planning and product lifecycle management tools
• Mandarin language proficiency is highly preferred
