SentiLink is seeking an experienced Product Manager in New York to lead internal initiatives within its Tech organization. This role demands a strong technical background to enhance internal systems, ensuring they are scalable and reliable for diverse internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in data-heavy products, and exceptional skills in managing complex projects. The position offers a salary ranging from $180,000 to $230,000, coupled with equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products, focus on ML/Data Science strongly preferred.
• Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders and managing substantial cross-functional dependencies.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous requirements and deliver predictable execution on complex technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional efforts to improve the quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems.
• Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data and technology assets.

Skills
