Qualifications

• Intellectual curiosity and interest in technology-enabled businesses.
• Willingness to work in-office on a full-time basis in New York.

Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation and execution of buyout and growth equity investments across Tech sector
• Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling to assess potential investments
• Participate in due diligence, including industry research, management meetings, and third-party advisor coordination
• Assist in transaction execution, including investment committee materials and deal documentation
