Job summary

Hitachi Vantara is seeking a Public Relations Associate to bolster our North America presence. You will craft compelling stories, write press materials, and coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to secure coverage.

You will develop messaging around data storage, AI-enabled solutions, and broader data lifecycle offerings while navigating a fast-paced, global technology environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years experience supporting public relations programs.
• Experience in global B2B technology, software or services is a plus.
• Strong writer and storyteller capable of drafting press releases, bylines and blogs.
• Knowledge of tech and data trends to respond quickly in breaking situations.
• Ability to deliver high-quality work calmly and with good judgment in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive PR programs for technology, infrastructure and partner programs (NA focus).
• Cultivate relationships with technology and channel media.
• Develop messaging for press releases, FAQs, blogs and abstracts.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, analyst relations and social teams.
• Coordinate with PR agency partners to implement media strategies.
