Job summary

Method Communications in Salt Lake City is seeking a Public Relations Associate to support multiple client accounts in a hybrid role. You will shadow senior team members, assist with media outreach, research key audiences, and help develop strategy and materials for clients in the tech space.

You will build relationships with media, coordinate events, track deadlines, and contribute to reporting and coverage overviews.

Qualifications

• Typically 12+ months agency/in-house communications or marketing experience.
• Interest in pursuing a career in technology-focused public relations.
• Familiarity with Google Drive and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides.
• Basic Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support across client accounts.
• Assist with media databases, pitch emails, bios, and reports.
• Monitor media trends and prepare coverage reports.
• Coordinate projects and events and manage deadlines.
• Develop media pitches and support client communications.
