Job summary

5 Legal is seeking an associate for its Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity group in Austin. The candidate should have 4–6 years of corporate experience with a strong track record in M&A/PE and significant exposure to technology company transactions.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate superb drafting and negotiating skills, the ability to manage client relationships, and experience supervising junior associates on complex deals. A stellar academic record is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong drafting and negotiating skills for transaction documents.

Responsibilities
