• Lead multiple technical projects across enterprise applications, infrastructure, analytics platforms.
• Apply enterprise project management methodology from initiation to closeout.
• Develop charters, communication plans, work plans, schedules, budgets, deployment strategies, testing plans, status reports, and documentation.
• Lead project meetings while managing scope, risks, issues, dependencies, change requests, approvals, resource coordination, and governance.
• Partner with sponsors, architects, infrastructure teams, developers, vendors, and operations leaders to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Provide executive-level communication regarding project status, milestones, risks, financial impacts, implementation readiness, and outcomes.
