Qualifications

• 1–2 years of professional experience in apparel tech design or related field.
• Experience creating, updating and maintaining tech packs for factories.
• Basic pattern and sewing knowledge.
• Strong measurement and tolerance verification skills.
• Self-motivated team player with strong organization and prioritization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a link between design and production, creating and maintaining tech packs and ensuring fit/construction integrity.
• Collaborate with Technical, Pattern and Design teams to edit tech packs for factories, including sewing/construction details.
• Verify measurements, tolerances, and generate fit evaluations and pattern corrections.
• Thoroughly measure and review samples in advance of fittings.
• Provide day-to-day status updates to all teams as needed.
• Coordinate fitting times with cross-functional teams and models’ schedules.
• Attend fittings and implement garment revisions with Pattern and Design teams.
