Persona is seeking a Tech Ops Analyst in New York to lead IT operations for our hybrid team. You will support end-users, coordinate onboarding, and manage equipment across in-office and remote workers.

The role emphasizes strong problem-solving, collaboration with People Ops, and a passion for automation in a fast-growing tech startup environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in IT or equivalent experience.
• Experience with macOS, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Okta.
• Strong passion for technology, automation, and efficiency.
• Comfort building trust through collaboration and cross-functional engagements.
• Working knowledge of computer systems, security, networks and data storage.
• Great at finding solutions and explaining your thought process.
• Firm grasp of IT best practices.

About the Role

Persona is excited to hire a Tech Ops Analyst to join our team! You’ll play a pivotal role in our broader IT team, taking the lead on various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our internal systems in our New York office. This position is perfect for individuals who are eager to build on their IT career in a high-growth technology startup environment.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing technical assistance to end-users and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' IT systems. This role is ideal for individuals who are beginners in the field of IT but possess a strong passion for problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail, along with customer experience skills dealing with leaders as well as individual contributors.

This is a hybrid position based out of our New York City office in Lower Manhattan next to Madison Square Park. We are currently in-office Tuesdays - Thursdays with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

What you'll do at Persona
