Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Laredo is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technician to ensure high-quality patient care by performing a range of clinical laboratory tasks. This position requires proficiency in utilizing laboratory equipment and executing clinical tests with independent judgment.

Ideal candidates will be licensed as Technicians in all clinical areas and have a High School diploma alongside accredited lab training. A rewarding work environment and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

JOB SUMMARY

Performs and demonstrates proficiency and understanding in one or more area of the clinical laboratory, assists in instructing other personnel as assigned, and performs a perceptive depth of clinical laboratory tests and procedures which require the exercise of independent judgment and responsibility. To assure that the highest degree of quality patient care is maintained at all times.
