Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a top undergraduate program.
• Seven plus years of experience at Associate or VP level at a top-tier investment bank.
• Strong financial modeling skills and valuation knowledge including DCF, LBO, and comps.
• Experience advising technology, software or tech services companies.
• Series 79 and 63 licensing preferred or the ability to obtain within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Execute transactions for middle-market technology clients, domestically and cross-border.
• Provide deal execution support for sell-side, growth equity, and private placements.
• Lead valuation modeling, financial analysis, and client presentations.
• Create client marketing materials and internal/external deliverables.
• Support business development and relationship-building with founders, sponsors, and strategic acquirers.
