Qualifications

Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex concepts clearly.
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

Leading analytical and execution workstreams on M&A and financing assignments.
Working directly with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors to advance transactions from mandate through closing.
Managing deal teams and supervising Analysts in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, information memoranda, and client presentations.
Producing high-quality analytical materials under demanding timelines for client and senior-level discussions.
