Fitzgerald Auto Mall is hiring full-time Automotive Express Technicians to join a growing service department in a stable, employee-owned environment.

Qualified applicants will have automotive service experience or a trade school credential, a valid driver's license, and basic tools. The dealership offers paid manufacturer training, ESOP ownership, and clear paths to higher technician roles within a busy shop.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or completion of automotive trade school.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic automotive tools and mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to safely lift and handle tires and components.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment.
• PA State Inspection and Emissions licenses or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
• Perform tire rotations, tire repairs, and basic tire services.
• Perform battery, filter, wiper, and other light maintenance repairs.
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Inspect vehicles for safety and maintenance needs.
• Document inspection findings and recommended repairs.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Communicate with service advisors and management when additional repairs are identified.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Complete required manufacturer training and certifications.
• Follow dealership procedures and safety/environmental regulations.

Fitzgerald Auto Mall is hiring full-time Automotive Express Technicians!

Our service department continues to grow, and we are looking for motivated technicians who want a stable career with opportunities to advance.

Experience working in an independent repair shop, quick-lube facility, tire shop, or automotive service center such as Midas, Monro, Goodyear, Firestone, Jiffy Lube, or similar is encouraged. Automotive trade school graduates are also encouraged to apply.

Applicants must have previous automotive service experience or an equivalent automotive degree/certification and a valid driver's license.
