The role collaborates with relationship managers, risk teams, and senior leadership to drive high‑quality credit decisions.

The position requires strong credit analysis, leadership, and experience managing underwriting teams and multi‑million‑dollar loan portfolios within a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of corporate/commercial lending experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• MBA or CFA preferred; knowledge of the technology industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting team for technology sector commercial loans, providing guidance and oversight.
• Assess and approve complex commercial loan applications.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis including cash flow, DSCR, and collateral valuation.
