Job summary

Vanguard is launching a Technology Leadership Program, a two-year rotational development experience designed for graduates ready to begin their technology careers. You will complete three eight-month rotations across IT teams, working on cloud, APIs, and full-stack services to power investor solutions.

You’ll gain exposure to diverse business areas, deliver high-impact projects, and receive personalized coaching as you grow into future technology leaders at Vanguard.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related technical field.
• Strong interest in application development (web, mobile, backend).
• Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript).
• Demonstrated leadership and/or leadership aspirations.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.
• Cumulative GPA 3.2+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and enhance applications supporting internal systems and client-facing platforms.
• Develop scalable solutions using modern technologies (cloud, APIs, full-stack).
• Take ownership of projects and deliver high-impact outcomes for the business.
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and business partners.
• Apply Agile methodologies in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Participate in capstones, hackathons, and innovation initiatives.
