Job summary

The Panther Group is seeking a Lead Engineer, Supply Chain Technology (Transportation & Logistics) to provide technical leadership across TMS and 3PL integrations for a North American network. You will design, deliver, and own enterprise logistics platforms, while mentoring engineers and driving modernization, automation, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering or supporting enterprise supply chain technology solutions.
• 5+ years with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) or logistics platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, integration, and support of enterprise transportation and logistics applications and platforms.
• Mentor engineers through coaching, knowledge sharing, and code reviews.
• Define technical roadmaps, prioritize work, and manage delivery risk across distributed teams.
• Improve platform reliability, scalability, and performance of TMS and related systems.
• Promote Agile, DevOps and CI/CD practices across projects.
