Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an experienced OutSystems Developer/Tech Lead to translate business requirements into scalable applications in Cleveland. You will lead development teams, perform code reviews, and design high-performance OutSystems solutions following best practices.

The role requires hands-on frontend and backend work, collaboration with analysts, and guiding junior engineers in daily tasks. Strong OutSystems proficiency and certifications are highly valued.

Desired Career Exp:

• At least 5 years of experience developing web and mobile applications using OutSystems.
• Proficiency in the OutSystems platform, including the use of Service Studio, Integration Studio.
• Proficiency in architecture patterns, solution design and high performing application development.
• Extensive experience in designing and developing scalable, secure and high-performance Outsystems applications.
• Extensive experience in developing screens, web blocks, timers, server/service actions, client actions, data actions etc. in OutSystems
• Extensive experience in customizing the UI of the screens based on the Figma designs provided.
• At least 2 years of experience working with web technologies like ASP .NET, C#, or Java, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and RESTful APIs.
• At least 2 years of experience working on relational database language like SQL/Oracle and writing T-SQL queries.
• Experience in using Outsystems architecture dashboard, discovery tool to validate application design and technical debt.
• Knowledge of relational data modelling principles and experience building database objects using E-R modelling tools.
• Experience in building apps with responsive web design compatible with various devices, exposing and consuming SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Experience working in agile/scrum methodology of project delivery.
• Experience using tools like Azure Boards, Jira, confluence.
• Familiarity with OutSystems lifetime, service center.
• Ability to work independently and proactively communicates status and risks to project leadership and possess strong problem-solving skills.
• Outsystems certifications such as Reactive Web Developer is highly desirable.
• Experience in developing mobile applications using OutSystems is preferable.
