Job summary

ThoughtStorm is seeking an experienced Lead OutSystems & Alteryx Developer in North Carolina to drive scalable low-code applications, data automation, and analytics in an Agile environment.

You will lead OutSystems development for reactive web and mobile experiences, build Alteryx workflows for data processing, integrate APIs, and collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• Experience building Reactive Web and Mobile apps in OutSystems.
• Proficient with Alteryx Designer for data prep, transformation and analytics.
• Strong SQL, relational DBs, and API integration knowledge.
• Experience integrating REST and SOAP services.
• Solid SDLC and Agile methodology understanding.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance enterprise-grade applications on the OutSystems platform (Reactive Web and Mobile).
• Design, implement, and maintain automated data workflows and analytics using Alteryx Designer.
• Integrate internal and external systems via APIs, web services, and DB connectivity.
• Collaborate with business users, architects, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimize performance, reliability, and maintainability; adhere to best practices.
• Participate in Agile planning, sprints, code reviews, and release management.
• Identify and resolve issues in applications, integrations, and data workflows.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and architecture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 9+ years of hands-on experience in OutSystems development
• Strong expertise in developing Reactive Web and Mobile applications using OutSystems
• Proven experience with Alteryx Designer for data preparation, transformation, and analytics
• Strong knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and API integrations
• Experience working with REST and SOAP web services and integration patterns
• Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Certifications Required:
