Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems or comparable experience.
• 5+ years of software development experience with demonstrated leadership in delivering complex solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Java (8 or above), Spring Framework / Spring Boot, Docker, Node.js, and modern development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex features while ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Provide technical leadership through architecture guidance, code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Drive engineering best practices across the team, including testing strategies and CI/CD improvements.
• Partner with product, architecture, and leadership to shape technical direction and roadmap decisions.
• Identify and resolve system-level issues, including production incidents and recurring defects.
• Contribute to developer communities of practice and promote knowledge sharing.
