Role Overview

As a Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer on the Ads Measurement team, you will guide the development of scalable advertising systems, build high-performance service frameworks, and collaborate with third-party measurement partners to enhance TikTok's advertising effectiveness.

Responsibilities

1. Develop scalable ads systems including serving, measurement, targeting, and reporting.
2. Build high-performance, highly available service frameworks.
3. Integrate with third-party measurement partners.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in building scalable systems.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: C, C++, Java, or Golang.
• Experience leading ad projects, especially in ads measurement, delivery, or targeting.
• Knowledge of privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs) is a plus.

Additional Information
