Job summary

Integral Federal is seeking a Tech Lead / Senior Java Developer to guide Java/Spring engineering for JPES/JCRM sustainment and modernization. You will mentor developers, review code, and coordinate with cyber, database, and DevSecOps teams on mission-critical applications in a regulated DoD environment.

The role requires 8+ years of software development, strong Java/Spring Boot, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and a U.S. citizenship with Secret eligibility.

Overview

The Tech Lead / Senior Java Developer will support Agile software development, sustainment, and modernization activities for JPES supporting DISA Global Force Management. Integral Federal is seeking a senior Java technical lead to provide hands‑on application‑development leadership for mission‑critical JPES/JCRM sustainment and enhancement activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Java/Spring application engineering.

• Translate architectural designs into software implementation.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
• Mentor Java developers.

Salary range: $150,000-$180,000

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
