Integral Federal is seeking an Integration Lead to oversee JPES/JCRM interface architecture and integration with external DoD systems and data providers. You will guide cross-team efforts and ensure robust, scalable interfaces.

The role demands 8+ years in software/integration engineering, strong leadership, and experience with API/web services, data exchange, and distributed systems. US citizenship and Secret clearance are required. Fort Meade, MD-based position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Overview

Integral Federal is seeking an Integration Lead to lead JPES/JCRM interface architecture and integration with external DoD systems and data providers.

Responsibilities

• Manage interface dependencies and technical coordination.
• Lead API and data-exchange changes.
• Coordinate with external system owners.

• Lead end-to-end integration testing.

• BA/ BS in an engineering discipline. Additional four years of experience in lieu of degree is acceptable.
• 8+ years software/integration engineering experience.

Salary range: $145,000-$175,000

This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
