Job summary

DCCA is seeking a highly skilled software engineer with active TS/SCI clearance to develop microservices and full-stack web apps using Java, C++, and Python. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver secure, cloud-enabled solutions.

This role emphasizes DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing, and risk/opportunity assessments, with opportunities to shape training materials and guide architectural decisions.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Experience with Java, C++, and/or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, GitLab, automated testing, cloud development environments.
• Ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop microservices and full-stack web applications using Java, C++, Python, and cloud technologies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Guide internal and external teams to deliver secure, scalable software.
• Maintain training materials and contribute to risk and opportunity assessments.
