As a Tech Lead, you will guide development teams across full-stack projects, with a strong emphasis on .NET technologies and Azure-based solutions. You’ll play a critical role in system design, technical decision-making, mentoring team members, and ensuring that projects align with both business objectives and engineering best practices. Accountabilities:

  • Lead technical design discussions and strategic architecture planning in alignment with project goals
  • Define technical tasks, delegate responsibilities, and oversee development workflows
  • Mentor developers, providing guidance on code quality, testing, and modern best practices
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and deliver robust solutions
  • Manage system integrations, application scalability, and cloud-native deployments using Azure
  • Contribute to and enforce architectural standards across development teams
  • Support continuous delivery pipelines and DevOps practices within the engineering team
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with deep expertise in .NET technologies
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful API and GraphQL implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Azure services and cloud-native application development
  • Proficiency in SQL and database architecture design
  • Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering scalable software products
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making abilities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
  • Experience mentoring teams and managing complex project lifecycles
  • Competitive annual salary: $97,450 – $141,300 USD
