Towne Park LLC is seeking a Tech Lead / Principal Software Engineer to guide a distributed team in delivering scalable, secure software for the Nexity platform. You will collaborate with Architecture, Product Management, and Quality Engineering to set direction and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities include hands-on development, design reviews, and driving engineering excellence with cloud technologies and AI-assisted tooling while aligning with business priorities and standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years building enterprise software.
• 2+ years leading engineering teams.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, IoT, payments, or connected devices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for a distributed software engineering team; establish direction and mentor engineers.
• Lead Agile software delivery; plan sprints, refine backlogs, estimate work and ensure predictable delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Architecture to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
